摘要
Dry fields, water shortages, debates multiply and concern grows nearly every summer. Aquifers are presumably dried up and France, given an irreversible climate change, is promised a difficult future. These words are a blend of stereotypes and truly concerning topics, reinforced by the memory of recent dry years, which year after year instill accurate and erroneous ideas. To be drought resilient is not only a form of passive defense, where limitation and conservation are the only remedy. A dry period most often encompasses several aspects of the water cycle, each of them having its own kinetic. Man can sometimes influence one or more factors, which can modify the harshness of a dry period on a given year and in a given region. Why not identify those factors and attempt to mitigate the severity of the drought and its effects? Resilience can take on the form of active management of the natural environment, which involves observation, analyzing and understanding the phenomena, and forecasting for better anticipation. Let us see how some creative processes can alleviate the effects of a dry period.
