摘要：
Isoniazid and. various cyclic ketones were condensed to obtain hydrazones, these hydrazones were cyclocondensed with mercapto acetic acid to afford spirothiazolidinones. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds were established on the basis of their IR, H-1 NMR and Mass spectral data and microanalysis. The compounds synthesized were evaluated for antibacterial, antifungal and antitubercular activities.
