摘要：

Currently, mental health problems of college students have gained wide attention among institutions of higher learning. Among all outdoor activities that help improve college students' self-confidence and other mental qualities, Outward Bound has gradually demonstrated its unparalled advantages, although it was introduced into China a couple of years ago. "Outward bound is fire that rekindles the light in one's heart, lamp that brightens up one's future and road that leads one to success."
