摘要：

FDI transfers not only capital, but also advanced technology and management experience in the same time. As far as China, accepting the technology brought by FDI is good for promoting the technology advance, strengthening the technology capability and accelerating the economy development. But owing to asymmetric information, the ideal results can't be received during importing foreign capitals with the technology. This paper studies the technology pricing in the technology transferring of FDI at first, on the basis of above, then analyzes the inducing factors which influence the technology transferring, finally suggests some policy proposal.
