摘要
Magnetic anisotropy and Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interactions are essential ingredients in magnetic thin films for device applications. We perform spin-wave spectroscopy to study the influence of the number of 3d electrons on voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy and voltage-controlled Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interactions at the Co1-xNix/MgO and Co1-xNix/Pd/MgO interfaces. Both voltage-induced changes were found to increase with decreasing Ni content in the two systems, with pure Co showing the largest changes. These results are fundamental to the development of voltage-driven spintronic devices based on the (Co, Ni)/MgO system. (C) 2019 The Japan Society of Applied Physics
