摘要
A new series of quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivatives containing a (1,3-dipheny1-1H-pyrazol-4-y1) core with substituents at the 2-position and aromatic or heteroaromatic substituents at the 3-position were synthesized using an L-proline catalyzed one-pot multi-component reaction approach. All the synthesized compounds were characterized and screened for their antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-tubercular activities. (C) 2014 Ritu B. Dixit.
