摘要
From the roots of Ligularia lapathifolia two new eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes have been isolated. Their structures were established as 3 beta-angeloyloxy-8 beta-hydroxy-6 alpha,15 beta-epoxy-eremophil-7(11)-en-12,8 alpha-olide (1) and 8 beta H-eremophil-3,7(11)-dien-12,8 alpha (15,6 alpha)-diolide (2) by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR experiments.
