摘要：

CECRE is the first center in the world in renewable energy control, initiated by Red Electrica leader in the transport of electricity in Spain. Spanish electricity market is dominated by companies: Iberdrola, Endesa and Gas Natural Fenosa, with a market share of 63% (2009).
