摘要：

The objective of this paper is to discuss the behaviour of innovative small biotechnology entreprises nowadays, in high competitive environment, specially in what concerns obtaining, using and managing information. It presents the results of the study of 5 (five) small incubated Brazilian entreprises hosted by the most important incubators of Minas Gerais state.
