摘要
Distribution system state estimation (DSE) is essential for real-time monitoring and control of distribution systems. Because of the limited real-time measurements in the distribution systems, the state estimator cannot acquire enough real-time measurements, so pseudo-measurements are necessary for a distribution system state estimator. A load modeling procedure can provide real-time estimates of a customer load profile, which can be treated as the pseudo-measurements for DSE. In recent years, an increasing number of Automated Meter Reading (AMR) systems have been installed. AMR can provide customer consumption information and other data such as confirmations for outages and restoration. In this paper, a real-time load modeling algorithm is discussed. The proposed algorithm makes use of the above information that AMR provides as its input. It also incorporates the use of the basic customer class load curve to improve the accuracy of individual customer real-time load estimates.
