摘要
The development of multi-disciplinary virtual prototype (MVP) for complex product is a system engineering, which involves integration and optimization of human/organization, management and technology during the whole process. In this paper, the comprehensive management methodology of the MVP is proposed. Firstly, the general MVP engineering management pattern is elaborated. Afterward, the exectuation methods of multi-disciplinary team/organization management, process management and product management are illustrated. Finally, the standard system for the MVP engineering is establised as the guidance of development, management and application.
