Nonlinearity of superconducting microstrip resonators

摘要
The evolution of YBaCuO microstrip resonator parameters has been studied as a function of the incident microwave power. Non-linear effects have been clearly highlighted and more specifically the reduction of the unloaded quality factor with increasing power. Moreover, a study as a function of temperature, allowed us to distinguish three domains representative of the non-linear effects.
