摘要
The management of the steel business logistics has a great influence on the enterprise development and strategic objectives. In this paper, the performance evaluation of iron and steel enterprises internal logistics, based on BSC-AHP, is the key point on the strategic level, and the adaptive improvement of the Balanced Score Card (BSC) will also be proceed. What is more, one indicator system will be built from the three dimensions of finance, internal process, learning and growth, in addition, the index weights will be calculated through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, this paper, based on the above method, makes a deep research on the logistics management of the HJL iron and steel enterprise.
