摘要
The boron ions were implanted into the mechanically polished 60NiTi samples by an energy of 30 keV, which was also simulated using the stopping and range of ions in matter (SRIM) code. At the near surface of ion implanted sample, a maximum dose of 6.5 displacements per atom (dpa) was produced (SRIM prediction), and an increase of hardness as well as the ratio of H/E and H-3/E-2 was revealed by the nano-indentation. The tribocorrosion tests indicated that upon annealing at 500 degrees C, the ability of ion-implanted 60NiTi to resist the degradation of corrosion resistance that caused by mechanical wear could be further enhanced, while the mechanical wear rate under sliding in artificial seawater was decreased by an order of magnitude.
