Multiple first-order magnetic field-induced transitions in Pr2(CoxFe1-x)17 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2)

摘要
The compounds Pr-2(CoxFe1-x)(17) with x = 0, 0.1, 0.2 exhibit a complex behaviour of the magnetic anisotropy: the occurrence of a normal approach to saturation a type 1 FOMP, a double transition and a type 2 FOMP. are found in different temperature intervals. This phenomenology can be explained if a two sublattice system having competing anisotropies and the occurrence of canting angles between magnetic sublattices, during the magnetisation process, are considered.
