摘要：

The characteristics of the potential software services market are discussed. The implications of such characteristics for negotiation are presented. A three-phase classification of negotiation issues that must be dealt with through different phases of negotiation was presented. A Negotiation Description Language was also developed to provide a concrete representation of the concepts that underlie service negotiation.
