摘要：

In this paper function-part approach (FPA.) to restructuring of intrastation economy in terms of deregulated power industry is considered, conceptual bases of functional restructuring of intrastation economy are represented; the model of mechanism of the intrastation economy is offered. This model permits to increase objectivity in assessment of the activity of subdivisions at the enterprise of power industry. And this model is an economic basis, of their independence. Some practical stages of realization FPA are defined in this paper.
