摘要
To achieve the precision cutting of Al2O3 ceramic workpiece, in the laser assisted micro-machining process, the surrounding temperature field distribution of heating point by laser should be studied. Al2O3 ceramics parts were heated on a single point by a fiber laser, and infrared camera was used to measure the temperature in real time. Then analyzed influence on temperature field distributions of different parameters in the processing, these parameters are laser power, heating time, heating point location and many other factors. The experimental results show that the same location temperature increased with the increasing laser power in the laser assisted heating process. Al2O3 ceramics purity and environmental temperature have great influence on laser assisted micro-machining. The Al2O3 ceramics workpiece cooled very quickly in the air. In the processing of ceramic parts edges, larger laser power should be chose, the distance between laser beam and cutter should not be too large, and the cutting feed speed should not be too slow. The experimental results verified the correctness and rationality of the theoretical analysis.
