摘要
Based on the frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology, a terahertz (THz) FMCW imaging system with a frequency modulation range from 0.26 THz to 0.4 THz was built based on vector network analyzer and two-dimensional scanning system. The imaging of honeycomb composites was realized. The imaging results show that this method can successfully detect the internal defects of honeycomb composites with a good resolution.
