摘要
The supply chain in management can combine vendor, manufacturer as well as distributor and customer into a whole by using feedback flow for realizing stable efficient flexible relationship of supply-demand between vendors and demanders. By using the automation principle, this paper puts forward a kind of bi-level supply chain construction between manufacturer and distributor, establishes a new optimal compound control supply chain model. This supply chain model can decrease greatly bullwhip effect, and increase utilization ratio for resources.
