摘要：

Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii is an important plant for officinal noxiousness. To qualitative analyses the Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, FT-Raman was used to identify the contents of it. Processed Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and fresh Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii indicated that each component has characteristic frequency, and can discriminate from other by Raman spectra. This is useful for the further on-line quantitative analysis and quality control of processed Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and fresh Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii.
