Electronic structure of the vortex in the d-wave superconductors

We have found the self-consistent solution of Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation for a single vortex in d-wave superconductors. Unlike earlier studies, we consider the more realistic case p(F)xi = 10, where p(F) is the Fermi momentum and xi(0) = upsilon(F)/Delta is the coherence length. Here we present the temperature dependence of the vortex core radius and the spatial dependence of the relaxation time T-1 of NMR. Also we discuss the p(F)xi dependence of these quantities.
