摘要：

[GRAPHICS] Acid-catalyzed nucleophilic substitution of bicyclic hydrazine-epoxide involves nitrogen participation, leading to a skeletal rearrangement. This transformation enables the fast preparation of disubstituted bicyclic hydrazines in a regio-and stereoselective manner, leading to several polyfunctional diaminocyclopentanes after hydrogenolysis.
