摘要
To minimize the negative influence of randomness and volatility of wind power to the network, the paper applys the battery energy storage system and adopts a order low-pass filter to smoothly control the wind power. It analizes the energy storage battery power and the battery capacity demand under different time constant. According to the smooth of wind power, we can choose the suitable time constant. It also analizes the the relationship between energy storage capacity and smooth time constant. According to the smooth constant of unit energy storage, we can choose the suitable smooth constant of energy storage. It is valuable for the selection of configurating energy storage system when wind farm smooth wind power fluctuates.
