PROPOSAL OF A QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AUDIT

Knowledge represents an intangible and strategic asset that generates competitive advantages. Consequently, determining the knowledge that is lacking, the sources of procurement and their flows, capable of adding value to the processes and the organization, constitutes a tool for continuous improvement. Hence, the importance of the audit of knowledge management and questioning them as a tool used for their development. From a study of 18 questionnaires to audit the management of knowledge, limitations are seen in terms of their ability to: be applied to any organization, diagnose the development of knowledge management processes and check the status of significant variables for the audit process. As a result, a proposal based on existing experiences is presented. Is demonstrated by the ladov Technique her usability and applicability, while recommendations for its implementation are given.
