摘要：
An international group of experts advocate that clinicians address low high-density lipoprotein concentrations in lipid management of patients at high risk of coronary events. A treatment goal is recommended for high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of greater than or equal to40 mg/dl (greater than or equal to 1 mmol/L).
