摘要
Measurements of the thermal diffusivity and the specific heat capacity of amorphous (Fe100-xMnx)(75)P15C10 ribbons were carried out for temperatures 40 to 600 K and for the compositions x = 0, 5, 10, 20, 30 at% Mn. An anomalous increase of the calculated heat conductivity close to the Curie temperature is assigned to spin-cluster excitations.
