摘要
In addition to the interest on productivity, organizations are focused on the employee's wellbeing to achieve their economic purpose. In a production process, activities involving ergonomic risk factors may contribute to the development of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), which seems to be largely associated to an increase in absenteeism. The implementation of a job rotation system is often performed to reduce the risk of MSDs. This case study aims to develop of a job rotation scheme and identify the factors that can have influence on the job rotation system. It was necessary to identify and characterize the activities and then applying risk assessment. Individual and organizational factors were also analyzed. As a result it is considered that the implementation of the job rotation system should take into account the joint analysis of the risk of MSDs and the identification of factors associated with the workplace.
