摘要
For robot architecture, the mechanical casting defect of entrapped air bubble against static and fatigue strength were investigated by numerical and experimental. According to practical experience and FEM model, the safety factor and fatigue life with casting defect condition was deteriorated 44% and 99.5%, respectively. Furthermore, the NDT technique was adopted for an inspection of quality.
