摘要
The pressure of water distribution systems is one of the main factors related to water leakage. Pressure management is a method which can achieve leakage control by regulating the pressure of networks. This article applied pressure management to an urban water distribution system in North China, established the pressure management model, then solved the model with genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic algorithm. Simulation results showed that the proposed optimum scheme of installing and setting the pressure reduction valves is of significant economic benefits.
