These few critical remarks were intended to Introduce the discussion of Bernard Penot's report. The author distinguishes himself from the latter with reference to his references to the theories of Lacan. His reservations are notably concerned with the notion of a a subject-function a that is independent of the ego. A clinical example enables us to underline the sexual and auto-erotic consequences of passivity.
