We report the case of a 17-year-old white boy with a severe anterior scleral staphyloma and significant corectopia. No other ophthalmic or systemic findings were found. There is no history of previous illness or trauma. To avoid ocular rupture, scleral reinforcement surgery was done. We describe a sandwich-technique with fixed scleral transplant and a solid silicone radial wedge implant. To the best of our knowledge, this has not been reported previously. The result shows this method is a possibility to save eyes with this anomaly.
