Room temperature growth of SnSe nanorods from aqueous solution

摘要
The growth of SnSe nanorods from the aqueous solution in room temperature was analyzed. The selected area electron diffraction pattern showed that the SnSe nanorods were crystallized. When the ratio of TSC/Sn increased, the concentration of free Sn2+ decreased in the solution. Results show that synthesization of SnSe crystalline nanorods was easily carried out in alkaline acqueous solution in the presence of the complexing agent.
