摘要
We report the transport properties (the electrical resistivity p(T) in a magnetic field and the thermoelectric power S(T)) on the filled skutterudite antiferromagnet GdRu4P12 (T-N = 22 K) synthesized under high pressure. A dramatic increase at TN observed in p(T) and S(T) suggests the formation of a superzone gap due to the Fermi Surface nesting. The strong field dependence of p(T) below 60 K is interpreted as a suppress of magnetic fluctuation. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
