摘要
Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) allows a real time hemodynamic evaluation of right and left ventricular pre-load, right and left ventricular function and interaction among ventilatory and cardiac function. TEE is the mainstay for the diagnosis of patent foramen ovale in hypoxic patients. During lung transplantation, TEE help to assess hemodynamic alterations, need for cardiopulmonary by Pass Support and allows to assess vascular anastomoses. (C) 2009 Elsevier Masson SAS.
