摘要
The pharmacokinetics of Fe(2)O(3) coated with glutamic acid with mean diameter of 15 nm in mice were determined after intravenous injection using isotope tracing method. This nanoparticles displayed. linear pharmacokinetics. The concentration-time Curve of nano-Fe(2)O(3)-Glu fit mainly two-compartment model. The mean t(1/2)alpha and t(1/2)beta for the 5.12 mg/kg dose group were 0.16 h and 71.65 h, respectively. The distribution test showed that Nano-Fe(2)O(3)-Glu distributed widely in vivo, and the dose in liver and spleen was higher than that in other organs. It could permeate the barriers of blood-brain, blood-eyes and blood-sex gland, whose target tissues may be liver and spleen. Moreover, the time of peak distribution of nano-Fe(2)O(3)-Glu in various tissues was not unanimous.
