摘要：

Primary diffuse testicular large B-cell lymphosarcoma with involvement of the central nervous system. Perestoronina T.N., Kravchenko S.K., Gublkin AN., Gorgidze L.A., Kaplanskaya I.B. Hematology Research Center, Moscow. A case of a patient with primary diffuse testicular large B-cell lymphosarcoma with involvement of the central nervous system, early relapse in the central nervous system, and repeated remission is described. Remission was achieved due to a new original chemotherapy protocol.
