摘要
China's fertility policy adjustment in recent years has had a negative impact on women's career development. Because of the increasing fertility and parenting time, the employers need to bear more female fertility burden, and this will make women face a more unfavorable employment situation to a certain extent, thus affecting women's career and personal development. In order to alleviate the shortage of labor force, the Japanese government has formulated a series of measures and policies for female fertility and employment to help women get rid of families who cannot take care of family parenting and work. In order to alleviate the shortage of labor force in Japan, the Japanese government has developed a series of measures and policies to improve women's fertility and employment. China should learn from Japan's experience and lessons to establish a more perfect social education system, helping reducing the burden of child care and employment pressure.
