摘要
A PFC circuit for applications higher than 2kW is generally configured by an interleaved structure, which reduces component stress and the ripple of inductor currents and output voltage. However, when implemented with GaN HEMT and controlled by a double sliding mode, a high-power totem pole PFC could achieve better performance without an interleaved structure.
