摘要：
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has attracted much attention for detection of plant viruses. In comparison to traditional detection methods, PCR presents enhanced sensitivity and specifcity. Simplified procedures were developed recently that will promote its utilization in practice for diagnosis and routine analyses.
