摘要
In contemporary times, the choir or orchestra conductor is the artist, the unique character who carries a collective artistic product, valuable or less valuable, according to the ensemble that he leads and to the manner in which he manages to prepare this assigned ensemble. Also, it is well known that the smooth running of choral or orchestral ensemble is largely influenced by the conductor's personality, by his charisma. A moral portrait of the choir or orchestra conductor is: passion, a spirit of sacrifice, generosity, fairness, loyalty, severity, kindness, humility, strengh, pedagogical tact, asexual behavior, elegant manners, modesty, confidence (not conceited-arrogant), the possibilities of the self and the people whom he leads.
