摘要
This study attempts to investigate the relationship between Perceived Organisational Support (POS), Perceived Supervisor Support (PSS), and Organisational Commitment (OC) with employees' intention to leave a job. There were a total of 717 questionnaires collected among casual dining restaurants employees in Klang Valley area. In order to determine the relationships, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regressions were run by using SPSS version 21. The results suggest that with higher level of POS, PSS, and OC would decrease the intention to leave a job as all of the predictors were found to be negatively correlated with the dependent variable. Furthermore, POS was also found to be the most influential factor in affecting employees' leaving intention between the antecedents. The finding is hoped to have important implications where the management can formulate strategies to reduce employees' turnover intention and ultimately retain them, as well as to monitor them better before they actually leave.
