摘要
Here we report a curcumin-artemisinin coamorphous solid (1 : 1) prepared by rotavaporization and a dramatic increase in the pharma-cokinetic profile of curcumin (AUC(0-12) 2.6 mu g h mL(-1), C-max 1 mu g mL(-1)) administered as CUR-ART to SD rats. PXRD and FESEM analysis explains the molecular basis for the solubility enhancement of coamorphous CUR-ART.
