Ferromagnetic ordering in single-crystalline U2RhSi3 with fully ordered crystal structure

摘要
A Czochralski-grown single crystal of U-2 RhSi3 has been studied by means of x-ray diffraction, magnetization, electrical resistivity and heat capacity measurements. The phase was revealed to crystallize with a fully ordered crystal structure of the U-2 RuSi3-type. Our results implies long-range ferromagnetic ordering in the compound that sets in below T-C = 24 K. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
