摘要
Wire-line Multi-Carrier Modulation (MCM) systems are subject to the slowly time varying transfer function of their transmission channel. In addition they may be affected by narrow-band interference (NBI) which is likely to occur abruptly and degrades transmission performance severely. As the spectral selectivity of Discrete Fourier Transformation (DFT) is low, not only carriers, that are immediately adjacent to the frequency of disturbance, are affected but a wide range of carriers. However, the influences of disturbance on different carriers are correlated as they arise from the DFT and therefore can be reduced. We will show an approach to compensate the broadband impact of an NBI. In addition we will propose several methods to detect and classify an interference.
