摘要：
Shandong, in China's eastern coastal areas, is an economic and maritime province. Unbalanced regional economic development in Shandong Province restricted its fast economic development, and great development potential can not be fully developed. We use Theil index to analyze differences in regional economic development in Shandong Province, point out the consequences of differences, and come to some suggestions and countermeasures: develop appropriately and achieve industry collaboration; address regional differences and develop advanced manufacturing jointly.
