摘要
Mouse models represent powerful tools in cancer research that have influenced much of our understanding of tumor development and our current anticancer strategies. Yet, central signaling pathways differ considerably between mouse and human, including gene regulatory networks (GRNs) of themost important tumor suppressor p53 and its oncogenic sibling p63.
