摘要
Changes in the conductivity, permittivity, and dielectric loss tangent are registered for ten polyvinylchloride-based organic dielectrics (polymers), caused by the exposure for 3-5 s to the unpolarized radiation of a pulsed copper-vapor laser with a wavelength of 510.6 nm. The duration of light pulses is 20 ns, and their repetition frequency, 8.5 kHz.
