Grid service and management of community is the important measure for strengthening and innovating social governance and the special route for implementing mass line, and it has the important practical significance and advantages on governance. How about the basic configuration, characteristics and implementation effect of grid service and management of communities in City S? What are the main difficulties? How to enhance scientifically the level of grid service and management of communities in City S, so as to deepen its meaning of theory and practice for other areas?
