摘要
An interaction between acetylsalicylic acid and metamizole, which, analogous to the interaction between aspirin and nonsteroidal antirheumatic drugs, can lead to a lack of thrombocyte aggregation inhibition, has already been postulated 10 years ago based on in-vitro experiments. Subsequent studies identified the underlying mechanisms. Current epidemiological data highlight the clinical relevance of this interaction. The aim of this work is to provide an overview of the mechanism and the clinical evidence of this interaction.
